Valor to justice

Just to make sure. When the 4.3 patch drops, is your valor points gonna convert to justice? And what happens to my current justice points?

Any justice points u have will stay justice unless your Vps + Jps is more than 4000 in which case u get some gold for any that are over the cap(4000)

Valor Points ---> Justice Points(cap at 4k); any excess is converted to gold.
