About Us:
Kitten Mittens is a new guild to Darrowmere since the beginning of Firelands (4.2). We like to have fun messing around in unrated bg's & 5 mans. We also have many social members who we do t11 and t12 alt runs with. We were 2/7H pre-nerf (shann/rhyo) and had been working on domo before the nerf hammer came down.

We are looking to improve our roster to to replace a member that had to leave as we push through 4.3 heroics.

The healer slot we are searching for will be an immediate part of an 11 man team. We will fairly rotate through farm content with consideration given to players that need certain items on certain bosses. During progression we will stack the best 10 players for the fight we are working on. This will not be "fair" but will get the boss killed and progress the group as a whole. We expect 90% attendance or a replacement may be found.

We currently raid Tues/Thurs 5-9 server/PST and Wednesday 5:00-8:00 server/PST. For pushing progression it is possible we may add a night as we see fit. Typically this will fall on Monday in place of our alt raid from 5-8 server/PST.

We provide necessary repairs, flasks, elixirs, and food for players during raid night. You must provide your own potions and are required to keep your own personal flasks, elixirs, food and repair money for situations where you switch to another spec, died alone, or didn’t get one out of the cauldron for whatever reason.

Loot is handed out with master looter for BiS items as well as large upgrades. For equivalent upgrades and attendance levels it's a /roll with a master looter veto when necessary to 'spread the love'. However if necessary for progression a few items may be stacked on an individual (such as the main tank) to get the extra edge where we need it with the new powerful 4 sets. However as a 10 man there aren't too many loot conflicts. Also a shaman would receive all the mail int gear that drops based off our current comp

You have the best enchants and gems available to you.
You spend your time outside of WoW reading Elitist Jerks and MMO-Champion to keep up with changes to your class and to further understand your optimal rotation/gear/reforges/enchants/gems.
You watch “how to” and PoV videos on youtube to become better at fights you’ve already done and those you will do.
You analyze your World of Logs reports after raids and you know what you do wrong and what you do right.
You strive to improve after every pull and fix your mistakes.
You take public and private criticism well and don’t make excuses.
