    Sapphire 6770 vs ASUS 6850 (price/performance/budget build)

I'm building a small system that just needs to last me around 1-2 years max so I'm not concerned about future proofing per se. I'm building it around the i3-2100. The main games I'm concerned about is WoW, SW;TOR, Diablo3 and Skyrim. I wanna play at least high settings, I'm fine with lower shadows and no extreme eye candy. As many of you know, prices are different in the EU (Denmark) and I'm trying to keep the budget to absolutely lowest since this is only a short term investment.

Either way my main question is, which card would you recommend, Sapphire 6770 or ASUS/XFX 6850? Now I know there is a performance between the 2 cards obviously but there is also quite a big difference in price.

    ASUS Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 $203

    Sapphire Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5 $116

    This is 6670, not 6770.
    Here is 6770.
The difference between the price (1099 vs 795) and the performance is roughly the same.

At least high settings you will definitely wanna go with the 6850 at 1080p without a doubt. Will be very noticeable.

Yeah I totally got the links wrong on that 6770. I was talking about the 6770 vs 6850 and not the 6670 I linked.

    Obviously the 6850.
That's not very helpful, I already know which card is the best but in a tight budget I wanted to know if it was worth it or bump it to the 6850.

Edit: Links and OP updated. Note I probably already decided on the 6850 but feedback is welcome nonetheless.

Im using a XFX Radeon HD 6850 Black Edition with an i5-2500k (OC'd a bit), nothing has lagged since the buying of graphics card, it cost me about 160 euros which is about 1200 in denmark currency. So if u dont mind using a bit more money, i'm recommending XFX graphics cards.

Price difference is only ~300Kr, which seems relatively small since we're talking 800 vs 1100Kr. Performance difference is around 20-30% which is pretty much exactly how much the price difference comes out to be. I would personally invest a bit more into the 6850 to be able to play all the games you mentioned at 1080p on high settings without any hiccups.

Here's a link of some benchmarks which include both cards:

Yeah the price difference was less than I thought at first because I used a wrong link, I'll definitely stick with the 6850, now I just need to decide on a MB (in my other thread). Thanks for the advice.
