Will it be possible to raid dragon soul in "Looking for Raid - Raidfinder"-difficulty and after that raid the same instance with your guild regulary? Or will i get an id?

You will be able to raid LFR & Normal/Heroic just fine. They do not affect each other.

Use search forum tool, been lots of topic about this.
LFR is competely different from normal/heroic mode, it has its own lockout so you can do both and get loot from both in the same week.
Also LFR is saved on a boss by boss basis instead of id, i.e. if u enter a run which has killed 2/8 and you clear it with that group you can kill the first 2 bosses again with another group and get loot from them
