[Bounty Hunter] Which body size to use? (male)

Type 3 and 4 make for the best most convincing BHs IMO.

During 11/11 I rolled a 4 Human but canned it to start fresh because I spacebared through most of his story.

During Thanksgiving I rolled a type 3 gray Chiss. Now I am second guessing my decision to start with an Assassin because the guy looked like a pure badass in cutscenes.

I'm personally going female, and picking (duh) body type 2. I believe 2 would be my choice as a male as well. Body type 1 is way too skinny, and I wouldn't like to be a giant or a "Hutt-with-legs". (On a quick note, I would play a Hutt).

All female types are pretty much the same except height imo.

Type 3 always seems too much for most classes. It's like running around as the Terminator. However after hitting Dromund Kaas on my BH in the thanksgiving beta I got the chance to talk down to a Sith and the fact I was twice his height and double his width was just... cool. So I gotta say size 3 really grew on me (pardon the pun).

As a #4 irl, I can tell you with all assurances that.. after all that running around..
1. You'd need the force to keep your big ass just standing upright and panting.
2. You wouldn't stay a body-type 4 for long. :P

As a fellow 4 I must QFT.


My first beta go around months ago I was set on 3. It didn't matter what race or class it was a 3. I wanted my guy to look like the biggest badass ever. After playing that entire weekend(45+ hours), and then playing the TorkeyDay weekend I have come to the conclusion that 2 looks better imo. Armor seems to sit and fill out a character just right as a 2.

The three male body types are Frodo Baggins, Topher Grace, Conan-Era Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Gabriel Ilgesias. Or that's how my whole guild was referring to them while we were doing the Beta.

While the armor does make even the skinny versions fill out, I like the bulky version (#3) the best for my character. I feel the faces are filled out better for that style, and the intimidation factor that my character is going for is better represented with that body style.

I agree about faces. I found a mirialan face I liked a lot, but it only looked good when I used the 3 body type. It looked too thin on 2.

2 or 3 works fine. The BH's male voice is so distinct, that it would look strange if a fat person or a skinny person spoke it.
