I've never seen this before, but what I would assume what happened is that they did something wrong (ie, billed you for something you didn't do), then credited you to "reverse" what didn't happen. This is all speculative, since I've never had this happen, but I'm not really sure what happened, to be honest, considering you have *13* different credits.

I did, however, see a google site in which Comcast had to cancel an installation appointment, so the customer received a $50 credit. ...has that happened to you? Have you ordered PPV? Have you done anything out of the ordinary?

Hmm, maybe they've determined how long a certain time frame costs? ie, 5 minutes outage = $.67, so you've recieved some credit for when it's been down...? Dunno man, just throwing it out there. I'd strongly recommend calling them (it sucks, I know, but it's your money, if that doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will).

Without contributing to the thread: Comcast suck!

And, no, I've never seen that on my bill when I had Comcast. then again, I primarily paid online. I would call them and see, it's pretty freaking weird. The only thing I can think of is either a newbie got a hold of your bill and didn't have a good grasp on how to use the computer system, or their computer/accoutning system malfunctioned and they're just correcting their mistake.

Rule of Thumb: If the healer's HPS is higher than your DPS, you're doing it wrong.

I had the maxed internet(business speed) and all the channels.

figured it out. comcast is crediting me everytime they have outages of certain channels or entire service outages.
