Well since I've been unlucky and lost EoU and haven't seen bonelink drop yet I currently Have Aok and VoA, I have enough for rotting skull but since you cant stack it w/ AoK anymore im kind of at a lost. and before you direct me to EJ they have rotting skull rated under DMC: Hurricane.. soooo no.

Ye EJ us not accurate atm, I think it is becuase the timings for there 'proc on hit' trinkets are wrong.

Best do the math yourself for the time being.

haste = 1.92
crit = 1.68

458 crit reforged into 40% haste

274.8 crit x 1.68 = 461.6
183.2 haste x 1.92 = 351.7
813.3

on use
1.5 mins = 90 seconds /15 seconds = 6
with pillar - 2748 x 3.49 = 9590.5 / 6 = 1589.42 =o

1748 + 813.3 = 2411.7

Damn i have to go back and amend it...
You will probably macro the skull into 'Pillar of Frost' so you can add another 20% stre to that 'on use'effect which is another 458 stre so the on use is 2748 not 2290 + you have to factor in other things that increase your % stre like Fallen Crusader.
