No, it is later than Dromund Kaas. On my Jedi Sage I got Legacy name at around level 33-34 I think. You get it by completing the class quests up to a certain point.

Probably the name that I've been referred to based on my main in wow for years, just so friends from my server who change over know who I am.

Same, my mage's name in wow used to be Balthir ( from Final Fantasy's 'Balthier') and I got my surname 'Balle' ( mind you in dutch it means something like 'ballz' lol ) so I'll probably pick that

Around level 29-30, differs by class. You can tell what chapter you are in by the screen you see when you choose that character at the select screen, and enter into the game. The possibilities are Prologue, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3.
