(H) Collapse, 10-man recruiting a paladin tank (7/7 HC)

Greetings!
Our small 10-man guild is now looking for a new paladin tank to fill our ranks as one of our players regrettably decided to go casual.
Guild history / achievements
Collapse was formed during the ICC era of Wrath of the Lich King and we've been raiding since then. In ICC we killed 11/12 heroic bosses at the 5% buff stage and after a few months of not raiding we killed LK when the buff was at 30%. We also got the 'prestigious' [Herald of the Titans] achievement in the last months before the expansion. In Cataclysm we've been raiding since the first couple of weeks, however we weren't too serious in the "heroic game" during BWD/BoT/TotFW and we only killed 6 or 7 bosses on heroic. In Firelands, however, we've been more competitive and managed to kill 6/7 heroic bosses pre-nerf, and Ragnaros heroic post-nerf.
Also, we just got our mounts from the [Glory of the Firelands Raider] achievement!
RAID TIMES: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 19:00 - 23:00. (during farm-periods usually one or two raid days less)
What we can offer you
- A stable and competitive raid environment with experienced raid leaders and good teamwork.
- A tight group of members who often do things outside of raids, and are easy to get along with.
- Alt-raids on off-raid days, usually once a week.
- Going back to "farm" old content for achievements or gear that is still viable for current content raiding.
- Jokes and laughter on voice chat during simple "farm" bosses/trash, and focus when it is required.
Requirements
- Able to attend preferrably all raids on a normal basis, meaning as long as something unexpected doesn't come up IRL, you'll be able to attend every raid.
- Good raiding experience in Cataclysm. Raid experience from previous expansions is also a plus!
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish, as that is the primary language of communication in our guild and on our voice chat.
- A positive attitude towards progressive raiding.
- A social personality and positivity in regards to getting to know new people.
- Good class-knowledge and ability to adapt to boss mechanics and unexpected situations well.
- A sense of humor.
