Am I the only one who was hoping it wasn't going to be a mesmer? Granted, i haven't played GW1, they do look pretty cool, but not my cup of tea just judging from the video. I have no doubts the full reveal tomorrow will blow my socks off though.

Only reason why I wanted to see something else is because I wanted to see the fan shitstorm over not having Mesmers. It would have entertained me...at least for a few days anyway.

You weren't the only one that hoped it wasn't mesmer, but if you tried to say it wasn't going to be you would have been dead wrong.

I only recently started paying attention to Guild Wars 2 information. Everything I've seen, I've liked, with the exception of distributing attribute points and possibly how the trait system works. Seeing the Mesmer profession made me that much more interested in the game. I'm nearly guaranteed to buy it now.

The problem is, how can you surmise anything off of a leaked skills video? There is not context involved, no descriptions made, no information available. Wait until at least the Wednesday reveal to start tearing it apart.

By watching what skills actually do, and considering how they will interact with already seen skills, classes and world. A good example is the shadow stepping portal, that is placed at caster's feet. You can see this from the video, and you can predict its usage (and more specifically its limits) quite well from the video.
