    Program to manage bandwidth?

    Is there some program out there that can let me decide how much of my bandwidth goes into different programs?

    "Netlimiter" tho its not free. But yeah im not saying piracy is ok, but the software is avalible.

    I believe there is also a free alternative on opensource, however I can't recall its name.
