Hey,
Just recently received my early access email but im still at work so when I get home i'll be logging in. Decided that I will definitely be playing both WoW and SWTOR.
About Companion characters I played beta I intend to continue playing Sith Marauder. I got Vette in beta lil ranged dps. How and When can I change my Companion Character to a Healer? What level does this require? or is there somewhere I must go for this? Cause a DPS companion character doesnt interest me at all.
I'd be grateful for anyone who knows and is experienced with this.

From what I've read, you get a companion character about once per world, usually about at the end of the world's storyline.
At least, this was true with trooper.
No idea for marauder when you get a healer.

You'll get your 1st healing companion at the same time when you get ur ship, which is around lvl 17

Sith Warrior gets healer companion when you finish off Balmorra piece of your class quest - he can also do some decent ranged DPS
