[H] 25 Ember Kazzak 7/7 HC FL, 1/8 DS HC

Ember is a well established 25-man guild (~around 6 months) on Kazzak. Ember is run by mature adult leaders. Step by step we endevour to be one of the most successful guilds on the server, that's why we are looking for more players to join our ranks who will help us to be part of this fantastic guild.

We attained 7/7 HC in Firelands PRE 4.3, and are now progressing on DS heroic's.

To give you more information on our guild, we have a very solid core of players with great experience. With many players having reached top 100 guilds (Such as Slashcry and Showdown) in previous expansions. We're looking to become one of the next BIG names on kazzak for 25 man raiding and aiming for top 400 in world for 4.3 and beyond, with minimium of 3 days a week.

We feel that we our in the strongest position we have been ever in our history. In Firelands pre-nerf we were 4/7HC, And continued on that progress to get 7/7 HC down before 4.3.
Furthermore before 4.3, we welcomed a merge with the Core of another guild on the server Ice, who were 4% away from 7/7 HC pre patch Kill. Which means currently we have a strong roster- Which can be seen by our world of logs.

We are looking for EXCEPTIONAL players from all classes. However these classes listed are currently more needed:

Healers:
Resto Shaman,
Priest- BOTH spec full knowledge.

DPS:
Feral druid,
Ret pala / Rogue
Warlock

We Raid: WED, SUN, MON 19:30-23:30pm server time.As well as old content / Alt Raid days on THURS.
With 4.3 out, were looking to become ranked around the top 400 in world- which we feel is very attainable. (Also depending on How DAMN easy the 10 mans are going to continue to be :P).

What we expect.

-Consistently able to attend 3/3 raids per week- we strive to continually use the same team in 25 man raiding.

- Previous raiding experience. Bonus points for TBC semi hardcore raiding, ulduar hardmodes, ICC Hc's. As well as cata HC's pre FL.

- Extensive knowledge of your class. The guild wants to progress fast in 4.3. Also continual improvement / discussion/ sharing of knowledge.

- Links to World of logs of your dps, healing done etc on recent fights- and the knowledge of how to improve your dps or healing done for specific fights.

- Correct attitude for raiding. Accepting constructive criticism. Not causing drama in guild chat or over things in raid. Being able to communicate VIA Ventrilo/Mumble when necessary etc.

- Also the DETERMINATION to push the heroicmodes.

- COMPLETE determination to get bosses down, NO JOKES, were not carrying people- we EXPECT fast learning, barely any mistakes, come prepared to rock.

What you should expect

- A raiding environment that you can really bring your 'A' game

- A raiding roster with great history and focus on current raiding and beyond

- Ambition and drive to always push progress and improve, as well as a competitive yet good atmosphere in guild
