Fallen has been around since November 2005, formed right after the free transfers were opened up from the server Illidan. Always at the height of end-game content with skilled and knowledgeable players, Fallen has managed to be one of the top on the server achieveing numerous realm firsts and feats. In the LK expansion we achieved Heroic Lich King 25, A Tribute to Dedicated Insanity, and Yogg0. In BC, Fallen successfully cleared all of the raids with 2/6 bosses in SWP pre-nerf and 6/6 post. In Vanilla, Fallen cleared MC, BWL, AQ40, and 3 wings + Raz down in Naxx.

Expectations
Experience
Candidates should have significant experience in raiding previous and current content.
Performance
Our best raiders are passionate about maximizing their class and roles. They are constantly looking for ways to improve and take constructive criticism. We expect you to adapt to random situations, and have no issues with being aware of your surroundings.
Communication
The ability to speak over Mumble is mandatory for communication during raid encounters. We don't accept mutes and people who do not call out or listen to important information. You can download Mumble at http://mumble.sourceforge.net.
No Drama Queens
We raid to have fun and enjoy ourselves. If you are someone who will be disruptive and upset over criticism, loot, wiping, or anything of the sort, you will not last long in this guild.

Raid Times
Sunday - Wednesday 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM [PST]
While we rarely tend to begin early or go overtime for raids, due to progression and competition, we expect raiders to put in half an hour of overtime and the ability to raid on Thursdays. We also expect you to maintain an overall attendance of 75% or higher.
Application Policies
Accepted players will stay in the recruitment rank for one month. After your month trial is over, raiders and officers will evaluate your application and vote on whether you will be accepted as a raider or not.
Recruits will be given raid spots based on their skill, preparation, and knowledge. Often, class balance trumps all so be prepared for bench warming.
In this one month trial, recruits:
- Will earn DKP (Standby DKP is equivalent to Raiding DKP).
- Cannot spend DKP on loot over raiders (But items will be given to recruits if no one else wants them). Recruits can bid against each other.
- Must have at least 75% Raid Attendance at the end of that month (standby percentage counts, of course).
