Please help with Action Bar states

Hi all, I'm looking for a guide or a list of all possible action bar states

I am currently using the razernaga addon which is the same as dominos so I'm told.

I currently know of [combat] [target] which is two i'd use,

I am wondering if there is a state that shows the action bars in an instance all the time so i can see my cooldowns on action bars in pvp and dungeons and raids, but hides it when not in an instance/combat/having a target selected.

these are some others i have found:
pagedbar, stance, companion, stealth, reaction, fishing, possess, vehicle, alt, ctrl, shift, custom

of these I wonder what [reaction] does.

I tried using [combat]show;fade:35 but it doesn't work (to just fade em out when not in the specified states), I saw that works with bartender but doesn't seem to work with razernaga addon. So how would fade do work?

any help is appreciated, I can't seem to find any guides about this online or I may be just lacking the proper search terms, thank you very much in advance.
