nodeSpecCache - unable to open nodeSpecCache for writing

Hello all I get this error when the game loads...
I found somewhere that its all about windows user not being on English characters only, but that didnt solve it.. any ideas?

Current user changing won't help.

Creat new user with for example "Test" name and it worked for me and most people who had the problem

I had already did this but didn't though after a restart it worked so problem solved
