If I was to pre-order SWTOR, would I still be eligible for early access? If so, when would I get in myself?

I bought the game in one of eligable stores in my country. Courier came on 13th of dec with the box. I activated the key which was inside the box. I also activated subscription, I also set up 5 sec questions. Still I am unable to play lol. I informed support, waiting for their response.
Still I can't play eh. Really can't believe this. Probably ToR is not for me.

Sounds like you put in the game code not the pre-order code (Huge difference), If I were you, I'd get onto your retailer and ask for your pre-order code to get in early access

I can say the same thing, I preordered from EA Origins, within 30 minutes I was able to get in with early game access.lol. Best of all, it doesnt count towards your 30 days subscription.
