I remember when I first saw Dunsparce, I thought he would evolve into something completely badass. I had a Dunsparce at the front of my party for until it was around level 50. Alas, he didn't evolve into anything, and is pretty damn useless no matter when you get it.

I remember when poison attacks were super effective against bug types. I caught a rare weedle on blue and a forest full of caterpie's was a godsend for something only knowing poison sting! Shame beedrill is so weak. And the hours of torment trying to get a butterfree with confusion to take down brock when I chose charmander wasn't fun.
