Need a little help with my DPS

Ok, So I am a confirmed altoholic but i try my best to be competent on all my toons when i play them. My warlock though always seems to be lacking in the DPS compared to my other toons. In the HoT 5-Mans i can pull maybe 16k on bosses. For my iLvl that seems a bit low.

i went affliction and destruction since the stat weights are about the same.
For each spec i use the rotations in Noxxic.com guides.

ie - Affliction - Pet out Felhunter
1. Curse of the Elements -- keep active
2. Haunt -- everytime it's up
3. Bane of Doom -- keep up
4. Corruption -- keep up
5. Unstable Affliction -- keep up
6. Demon Soul -- everytime it's up
7. Drain Soul -- when target is below 25% health
8. Shadow Bolt

Any tips or advice on how to get my dps up?

If you still can't find out the real matter, try to come with logs. Also don't forget that BoD only applies on one target, so only use it on singletarget 1min+ fights.
