Dungeon Defenders SDK question

I recently downloaded the software development kit for Dungeon Defenders and i cannot find it anywhere.....no icon to launch or anything. And the Steam forums are being stupid right now and not letting me post on there so i came here to ask. Has anyone on here had this issue or can give me insight on where it installs too....because i am stumped right now.

Thats the first place i looked and its not even there.....like i went to the DD page on steam to download it, and i got the 2.8gb file and i cant find it. And steam still hasnt approved my forum account from when i signed up for it earlier after i couldnt find it. I just dont get it lol.

So email them and let them know i downloaded the SDK for DD on steam and i cannot find or access it all then and see what they say?
