Jugg's are definitely gimped in pvp. Also does anyone feel that IA/Smugglers are pretty OP regardless of AC? I was doing voidstar on my Jugg today and got up close and personal to a smuggler who was in portable cover and he didn't move an inch while still making mince meet out of me.
