It took 1 week extra for guilds to kill last boss on HC from the point of tier release in DS than it took in FL. It's maybe not twice as long, but it's longer.

T12 release: June 28th - 1 week after, heroics opened on July 5th
First FL Heroic kill: July 5th (6th for EU)
End FL Heroic kill: July 19th - EU

A total of 14 days, or so.

Release: November 29th
First DS Heroic kill: December 6th (7th for EU and beyond)
Final DS Heroic kill: December 20th

The same grand total of 14 days or so.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying, but in the grand scheme, it took both tiers almost exactly the same amount of time.

It's the EXACT SAME TIMEFRAME.

I mistook the ammount of time DS had been out... I thought it had been out for 1 week longer than it acctually was. I stand corrected.

Well, part of that was due to the fact there was the retarded restriction of 50 attempts per week. If Paragon was allowed to pour in as many attempts as they wanted, he would have fallen much sooner.
