so i pop my mwc... wait a few seconds... pop meta... then i open up my stats list and watch as my mastery drops back to pre-mwc level when the mwc effect expires... i thought the meta took a snapshot of mastery and then maintained it until meta ran out... or does the mastery act as a "ghost" stat. although it doesnt show on the stats does it really stay throughout meta?
also is it bad to pop a macro with the following effect?
mwc + demon soul:FG
wait 1-2 seconds

It is, as you stated, a "ghost" stat. It WILL last through Meta.

My DS is bound into Meta, not MWC.

Before closing, if anyone wants to know the specifics, the buff gained by Metamorphosis dynamically changes before use based on mastery, but after you use it, it stays the same throughout the buff time, so any mastery changes have no affect on the buff itself.
