considering your T12 isnt Heroic gear then def go with 4 pce T13

I have 4 set T13 too. 397 shoulders and LFR head,chest and gloves, but i have t12 full heroic exept head which is 378. Should i go for the tier 13?

with the base stat upgrade and the set bonuses on T13, I would go with T13 over T12 personally...and afaik all mages that I have spoken to are doing the same thing: stick with 4 pce T12 until you get 4 pce T13 then swap out, even if it is LFR level pces. The set bonuses allow you to drop some haste for crit which as a fire mage is a beautiful thing.
