Haven't found a game yet that resembles the lightsaber combat like these games.

I really hope one day they pick up this game and continue the series!

This order is correct, and Jedi Outcast was downright amazing. I didn't play too much multiplayer, though when I did it was inevitable that I'd be accused of "hacking", since that was all the rage those days. Amazing gameplay, surprised people still play it though after all these years.

Dark Forces made a great deal of my childhood more enjoyable. I never got to play the later ones but dark forces will always hold a place in my heart.

Played both Jedi Knight 2: Outcast and Jedi Knight 3: Academy for the longest time.

Such fun times in multiplayer, especially Academy with mods (JA+ and ForceMod III).

Yep, I still have my Jedi Knight 2 cd, and coincidentally, went through it again about 2 weeks back. Will always love it, and wishing I could find Jedi Academy at a local store. I liked that one too, but haven't been able to find it anywhere.

I played JK2 (aka Outcast) quite a bit. Still pop on occasionally to run into old friends, on ctf servers. I was in [<<MotF>>] in the 1.02c patch. We ran with another group [<<JotR>>] that happened to be pretty much everyone's older brothers. Lots of fun times in multiplayer.

This game was beyond amazing for its time, and really the Jedi Knight series setup the whole starwars gaming universe. There were lots of other first person shooter games but none that had force powers. And really what isn't better with force powers.

I guess some of that might be nostalgia though, as I really had a lot of fun playing those games especially Jedi Knight 2.

I played dark forces 2 and jk outcast on pc. Academy on a system. Would be better on pc. Makes me angry nothing else was released. :F

I thought Outcast was fantastic. I don't normally play through games twice, but I think I played through this one 3 times. The lightsaber battles are a ton of fun. I didn't even know about Academy! I guess I was real busy with other things when that came out. I'm going to have to grab a copy when I can find it on sale.

OMG Republic Commando!

It was basically the Halo Reach before Halo Reach. Such a good game. My nostalgia glasses are on so tight right now.
