Help, Digital Copy Code not working

Hey guys, so i just bought swtor digital copy, but when i go to enter my digital code, the website tells me

"we could not find your code, try again?"

does anyone know if this is an issue on EA/bioware?

or was i possibly sold a bunk code?

im fixing to head up to gamestop, where they told me they would call someone, and then maybe issue me another code, or if that does not work, just refund me.

does anyone know whats up?

Did you preorder it? They send you the preorder code, then later the actual code. The 2nd email for some reason went to my junk mail & I never saw it
