May sound odd but I currently play with standard Blizz UI and a few things added. Is it quite easy to switch to these UIs? I am very interested in the one Redtusk has posted. Are they quite easy to get used to pretty quickly and are things likely to go wrong with them? Thanks.

It's relatively easy, you've got to move some folders and rename others. I made a video regarding installation of my particular UI, you can find it on the wowinterface page I've linked in my signature.

Been using this UI for about 2 months now, switching from a mish-mash of addons that clogged up my screen and were memory hog-ish. Still a few small tweaks I'd like to make, but it's mostly finished.

Tipsy (tooltip mover)
KG Panels (the box around my buttons)
Quartz (cast bar)

ErrorFilter (out of date but still works, I hate that annoying red text saying that I don't have enough focus or smth)

Trying to keep it simple but nice looking and making it more easy to track your focus, watch the cast time and track my DPS cooldowns by putting them so close to each other.

Best way to show my UI is with a video since stuffs moves. I've since changed fonts but other than that this is my UI

Nice UI. Only thing I would suggest is doing something with your cast bar. Overlapping on the target like that kind of ruins it. Good overall.

I like it a lot. Used to use your UI a couple months ago but it isn't very healer friendly (hunter is my main, resto shaman is my alt). It's gotten very nice.
