Black screen bug

Anyone else have this bug? Just started to happen to me recently and seems to only happen when I tab out. I black screen but can still hear audio and have to force restart. Googling it brought up a few threads that have existed since early launch day and after, so it's not new. I also have the camera look speed bug where it has a really big delay and if I turn up the speed it spins around like crazy... Don't know what to do about that either.

Yeah, I've seen that. Whenever I tab and tab back in, the screens black. But it's never stayed that way for me, always fixes itself.
