Need Help as a Boomkin

Hi Everyone and Merry X-mas!

I am new to the druid and to the spec called balance. I simply can't get things to work. I have kind of okish gear and I am good in other specs/classes. Please help me out with this one:s

I need pretty much help with everything, from spec to reforging and to rotation.

The General rotation for a Moonkin can be Apply and Refresh DoT's (Insect Swarm + Moonfire) cast Starsurge if it's available then start with your Nuke (either Starfire to hit Solar or Wrath to head to Lunar)
