Does retail version runs on single-cores?

The beta did it, but is the current version operable on single-core processor?

I can't speak for all single-cores, but it runs okay on mine. The only issue I have is in warzones, where I get like 5 FPS. But I get decent frame rates everywhere else, even on high settings.
