I was not aware that this was a glitch, I thought the purpose of this was so that you can see every post that was made while you were working on yours. If your post immediately appeared on the proper page, it's likely you'd never see the 19th or 20th (39th or 40th) posts, depending on how fast the conversation was moving.

I suppose so.

What IS a bug though, is when this happens, when you go back to the thread list, it will show as you having unread posts in it anyway, and if you click on the "last read post", it will take you to what is seemingly a random post before yours.
