Best way to make use of my time at level 50

so I've hit 50, yay.

What would be the best way to get ready for HC flashpoints and the occasional Ops, mainly with being restricted
timewise during the week to 2-3 hours per night?

PvP Daily/Weekly
Heroic Esseles for Flashpoint Daily/Weekly

That's become my daily routine while waiting on more guild members to hit 50 so we can begin operations.
