Buying a New Gaming Computer: Need Help

I have been using the same computer for about 5 years and up until recently it was good enough, with a graphics card upgrade, to handle WoW on low to medium settings. However, due to my 25 man raid schedule I have been experiencing horrible CPU issues during all 25 man encounters. While ctrl-alt-del it shows my CPU at 100% usage the entire time I have WoW open. I am aware that my computer is a piece of cow manure and am wanting to buy a new rig.

I am not computer literate when it comes to setting up a computer so therefore I'm wanting to get one that is already pieced together ready to go. I am at a loss for what I should be looking for other than what I want it to be able to do. The only real gaming that I do is WoW, but I would like to be able to play on high settings as much as possible while maintaining decent FPS. I am currently willing to spend up to 1,000 USD for just the computer itself (no need for monitor, etc.)

Is there anyone that can help me with some friendly advice as to what I should try to look for? Don't want to make a bad choice.

You want a 2500k, 6870, and quality PSU. You are going to have to spend a little over $1000 if you don't want to build it yourself. Such is the price of people doing things for you!

I actually have heard good things regarding http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ but wasn't sure about which was the best bang for my buck. Thank you for the link Chaud, I will definitely check it out.

It isn't 100% clear, but they are likely very similar if not owned by the same parent company.

ibuypower.com is IMO better, but okay, here you go.

    http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Xtreme_2200/
Downgrade to Intel® Core™ i5-2500 3.30 GHz 6M Intel Smart Cache LGA1155 (Overclocking prices are shitty on that site, ohdeargod it's a ripoff, I assume you don't know how to overclock either.)

(Venom Boost Extreme OC Certified) CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo Gaming Cooling Fan
    GigaByte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 Intel Z68 Chipset DDR3 mATX MB w/ Lucid Virtu Intel Smart Response Technology & 7.1 HD Audio, GbLAN, USB3.0, 2x SATA-III RAID, 2 Gen2 PCIe, 1 PCIe X4 & 1 PCIe X1 (All Venom OC Certified)

    8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory

650 Watts - Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 80 Plus Power Supply - Quad SLI Ready

    GTX 560ti

    $1269

Again, and this is only my opinion; CyberpowerPC is absolutely horrible, the site is filled with horrible ads slowing down your browsing, they force you to select between expensive motherboards where most of the motherboards you're just paying extra for useless stuff you're never gonna use.
