Headphones buzzing

Okay so I just bought a new pair of headphones today. These ones are in ear opposed to the giant earmuff-esque headphones I was using before. Whenever I plug them in I hear a constant buzzzzzzzz sound. Only noticeable when nothing else is playing but still annoying. The buzzing sound existed when I was using my old headphones but is more noticeable with the new ones. How could I fix this?

Doesnt have to be your headsets that are the problem, could be the jack that needs replaceing.
