LFR loot rolls are a joke.

So i'm just casually going through LFR today and pretty much one thing I need drops off every boss. When I need on them a semi afk player comes in and needs them too. His DPS was shocking all night long and he was in pretty much full 378/384. I meen this guy was doing 14-15k DPS on Ultraxion which may be the most faceroll boss ever put into a game. How is it that the worst people in the raid seem to automatically roll higher than the people who are, let's face it, boosting them. why do they deserve to get loot when they are quite clearly not pulling their weight.

Fair enough if this guy was in 346/359 and he was trying his hardest but when an arms warrior with full 378/384 does 15k on Ultraxion in raid finder its quite obvious they aren't doing what they are supposed to.

He won a tier helm (which he already had), tier shoulders (which he already had), tier legs and a 2h sword off Deathwing. Its an absolute travesty that undeserving people get given free loot simply because they are there. People can say that they pay for the game as much as everybody else but thats no excuse for being given free stuff because they can't be bothered actually doing something in a raid.

OT: I only need 1 item for my pali and thats the raid dropped stam trinket.... i have full teir 13 LFR 4p... But i still roll on the tier peice as a batering token.... You won a item i want and i won a item you want... Its a dick move yes but its a way to get the item i want. And to the end of him getting the tier tokens he already had.... he might be making a prot set and he is there just as you are to get items....

There is no such things as "bad dps", "failing on tactics", "unfair loot distribution", "ninja-looting" and other things people like to talk about in LFR.

LFR loot distribution is stupidly simple. YOU ROLL for loot. The person with highest roll wins. If he won it - he can disenchant it, sell it to vendor, pass it to another player - its his item and he can do whatever he wants with it.

Nope the other 1.... its cant member what its called.... it can drop off any boss.... we had it drop in our normal raids of Ultra.... Didnt win /cry

Yep... I feel you many times I lost loot to lower DPS players and since 4.3 I didnt win anything from the LFR untill this week I only won T13 Legs.

...yes there is, and there's lots off it. the other day, a afk DK on ultraxion (zoned in and was just afk during trash, and couldn't kick him after it) won a trinket, and some token from that boss... a guy that was afk entire trash fight, died on ultraxion cuz he was afkin the back, and won 2 items.

loot system cant be adjusted by how people perform, cause there are too many factors... but afk players during combat winning rly annoys anyone. needless to say, after that guy refused to trade it to people that actually contributed to the fight, he was kicked very fast :3

but all those things exist in LFR, and most people actually fall in the category of "bad dps, failing on tactics".

anyway earlier today i had some ele shaman in party with me pull 2k dps on hagara.. no joke.. while i did 26k.. this guy pulled 2k.. didnt even die.. and at the end of the fight he manages to get the shoulder token.. giving that kind of lvl of mediocrity one would think if everyone just sat down and took a crap and afk'd while dead would the boss even die?

Working as intended, they rolled, rng gave it to them, move on. RNG does not look at what the person's gear is or how much dps they're doing, just takes all the people into account that rolled need, gives it to whoever rolls the highest. There's no need to change an entire system that's been like this since the beginning of WoW.

Im not bothered about his dps if he was actually trying fact is a person with already good gear and does shoddy DPS because he/she can't be bothered to push a few buttons for 5 minutes doesn't deserve a reward at the end of it. If you did the same job as someone at work but they were terrible at it, they were lazy and just didnt do what they are supposed to do and you did what was right and finished their work aswell im sure people wouldnt be happy if they got a reward for it.

In one LFR run there were 2 who did only around 9k dps, while I was doing around 36k. I called them out and then proceeded to attack them, insulted them in ways that would make a sailor look like a saint. I was the one who got kicked instead of the 9k dps failures.
It's proof of how corrupted and truely evil the community is.

I call BS, cause all those tokens wont drop in the second half Fall of Deathwing unles syou got him in both groups you qued for which I highly doubt, stop QQing its LFR its been out for a while now you should be used to this.

Actually they can drop randomly in LFR its just set drops on Normal.

NO, THERE IS NO SUCH THINGS. Because its LFR. The special place where EVERYTHING is allowed. You can be afk for the whole fight, you can /dance in the middle of the fight, you can do 3k dps, you can taunt boss and run away for fun. And ofc you can need everything you are allowed to need.

Its special place where baddies play retarded. Why can't you understand this simple thing? It was designed this way. Because thats what a lot of players who pay subscription need.

And if you are not one of those kinds - there are normal and heroic modes for you. Is not it obvious?

Dont be a greedy git, i ran it the last 2 weeks and got nothing...then did it reset this week and walked away with 3 things from lfr and 3 valor items.

I HATE lfr because :
1 player can win like 5+items per run and i win 0 cuz of rng
afkers/epicnubz/slackers/bots sometimes cant be kicked because during loot rols/in fight
guild premade tryhards need traders
players who need on everything in general just to vendor it (cuz they have it equiped and already another 2 in bank)

Ah, but most companies wouldn't allow the discussion of salary. So, you wouldn't know how much dps your coworker was doing.
