This is the worst comp I've ever seen. I've been in pugs that demolish people that think like this. Wait for stacks, send 3 people, win. As someone else said, Smoke Bomb makes it even easier.
As said - mages. 2 Frost, 1 Fire, 1 Arcane - you could kill one healer per deep freeze no issue at all.
