lag spikes at swtor

I'm having a lot of lag spikes playing the game, but my connection seems fine so I don't understand what is happening I'm having lag spikes specially when leveling at Coruscant.

I tried a few things and it seems that my ping gets very high when I enter in combat, then when I leave it tends to go down.

It was posted here on the website a fix for the lag, a lot time ago, but I can't find it anymore, does anyone know what am I talking about? It may work.

experienced it on several planets as well, pretty sure its server side or whatever as like u, my connection is rock solid.

So it's normal to experience this kind of lag? It feels really frustrating as a melee class to have such lag spikes.
