So I have gotten into frapsing and editing with Sony Vegas, and made a video that is 18 minutes long.
How can I upload videos that are longer than 15 minutes on youtube?
Please help MMO!

i believe video length is based off the type of account you have with them (think director is the longest)

Anything over 10 minutes is generally overkill anyway in a video... even for the likes of BEBEP and GForce.
I think you need a special youtube to get more than 10 min (15 now ?) and I guess that would only be doable via donations/premium accounts(includes sponsers and high views?).
