Keyboard and Mouse acting weird.

For the past couple of days my mouse and keyboard have started to act very odd, my modifiers (shift, alt, ctrl) etc forces me to smash them 10 times before they're actually active, as well as capslock seems to enjoy activating and turning itself off at random times.
While writing something it suddenly goes LIkE ThIs which is VERY annoying.

When it comes to my mouse, I sometimes have to double click 7 times (suddenly it's a 7-click) and not a double click to maximize my browser and other software windows

Now to me this sounds like a driver issue, however I've the latest version of each products drivers..

Could it have anything to do with Windows? I'm running with Razer Lycosa and the Razer Naga Epic on Windows 7.
