My house recently went into foreclosure and i needed something to cheer me up. I walked into the nearest best buy with the intention of just browsing and not purchasing anything. I was approached by a beautiful sales woman who said i looked very depressed and needed an HDMI cable in my life. She showed me the most expensive one they had. I explained to her my situation and she informed me there really was no point in paying my house since i was gonna lose it anyways. This made sense to me and i skipped my house payment and bought the cable.
As i waited at the bus stop i couldn't wait to tell all my friends. I found the nearest pay phone and called my friends collect. They were even more excited than me! The next day i was evicted from my house but was invited to stay over my friends for the weekend because they wanted to use the cable to watch sports games. "Wow the picture quality is simply amazing" said my friend. "You can stay here as long you want as long as we keep using this great cable of yours". I now have a permanent home without an expensive mortgage payment! I'm just thankful i found this cable! I don't know where i would be without it!

What's great about it: Eliminates mortgage payment
What's not so great: Only one color

What really blows my mind is that they must have sold some. They have a pretty big product line (they have a "vodka series" HDMI line starting at $1,500), yet the absolute idiots that have this disposable income don't realize that digital is digital no matter how expensive the cable is. A $5 cheapie HDMI cable will perform -exactly- the same as this $1,000 bullshit.

I don't know how it works but I bought this cable and waited patiently at my door for it to arrive. As soon as I did I opened it up, placed one end in my mouth, and the other end in my.. well you know where... Anyway, next thing I know, I am viewing the world in 3D! Everything just pops out at me like it's really there! Don't ask me how it works... maybe its the silver coating, maybe it's voodoo. Either way, it's changed the way I see the world and I am a better person for it. I did however deduct a star for the 3.3' length. It's not long enough for an adult and forces you to do this kind of half squatting walk while the cable is plugged in. The product should say "Child Size". I probably wouldn't go with anything shorter than 6' for an adult male although a female with front mounted inputs may be able to get away with 5'.
