391 Prot/388 Fury OS LF Late Weekday DS Guild

Hello,
I'm looking for a 8/8 or HM DS guild that raids around 9PM Pacific Coast time during the week(no weekends). Would love to keep the same roll as OT/DPS being that I enjoy doing both. I have been playing this toon since release of vanilla WOW and have always been in progression/HM guilds as MT or OT.

<Resurgence> is a premiere 25-man late night raiding guild in Kilrogg (PvE, PST-based). We are looking for experienced, quality raiders that are interested to progress with us in Dragon Soul and beyond. Currently, we are looking for a couple of reliable and skilled dps for our raid core.

Raid times: 9:00 pm - 12:00 am (PST) -- Tues/Wed/Thu/Sun -- 12 hrs/week.

Tier-13 Progress: 1/8H 25m. 2/8H 10m (we were short dps).
Tier-12 Progress: 6/7H 25m (Pre-nerfed, H-Rag p4). 7/7H 10m (pre-4.3).

General info:
We are a mature guild with a strong officer core focused on progression, with some members that have been playing together for over 4years, and coming from top US guilds, but have recently decided to take a more casual schedule to raiding.
We're looking for easy going people, who are excellent at their class, and bring a positive influence to the guild. We expect a high level of play from each and everyone of our raiders, as well as the ability to take a little constructive criticism.

We have a well stocked guild bank that provides food, flasks, enchants, and gems for raiders.
As well as being a very active guild with multiple alt raids happening throughout the week.

Loot:
We use a zero sum DKP system for loot. Tier items is the only exception to this where we take into account the person's attendance and benefit from it, altho they still pay DKP and everyone recieves there share.
