I'm using Windward Heart + Spine trink atm but I'll probably go for Seal if it drops and none of the other healers need it.

I just got the 410 heart and on a 9 minute heroic yorsahj it procced 4 times. After checking logs, i am less than impressed with it

Did you go fishing for that horrible example of worst possible RNG? How many of your attempts did you have to dig through to find that one


If you're doing anything but spamming smite or chaining gheals you'll come up with a 40 second proc interval on a disc priest.
