About Us
Kinetic is a former hardcore guild turned casual. Most of the players in this guild were members at some point between Vanilla through Wotlk and have pushed top 100 world kills. Today we are much more casual, and just play to enjoy the game, but strive to make reasonable progress in the time we do put forth. If you are a skilled player looking for a home with a small raid schedule that you can make consistently this is the place for you. Our guild is comprised entirely of players in approximately the 23-30 age range and would like players similar to that.
Like other progression pushing 10mans, we aim to bring the best players in the best composition for our first kills and for subsequent clears we shuffle players around so that everybody can get the loot they need. Loot is distributed by council and is based heavily on attendance, ability, and need. Put simply - gear is distributed in the way that best helps the guild progress.
About You
We are looking for a geared, progressed warlock to help fill out our roster as we push to down the final two bosses of the expansion. Anyone who applies should have at minimum a 394 item level with at least one boss other than Morchok killed in this current heroic tier - no exceptions. We are not looking for a project and need somebody who can hit the ground running and be useful from day 1. The warlock applicant must be comfortable and competitive with a destro spec because that's the only way our spine comp can support a few of the mandatory raid buffs in our class swapping/stacking efforts. Attendance is very important to us. We don't raid many hours a week and have a small roster so we expect you to be able to commit to our schedule as close to 100% as possible.
