So, I've recently started playing LoL on the EU Nordic and East server and it seems that every game there is atleast one polish player in the game who refuses to communicate and feeds.. I was wondering if it's like this in the ranked games to, and on the other realms? No hard feelings to the polish people reading this, but it's pretty annoying when people aren't saying anything in the champion selection screen and just picks a champ without telling the team if the player is going mid / bot, or even what role they are gonna play. I recently had a game with a vayne insta locked, wrote something in polish and rushed down bot and died. Should riot maybe open a polish realm for the polish people? It seems like a good idea to me since it's a pretty boring problem..

I am from poland and i have same problem with russian players so what can i say.. Happens everywhere.

Same thing man...I will transfer to West Server just because of Polish and Russians.I always win my lane,have positive score(more kills than deaths),try to lead the game but still lose.I just hate those Polish and Russian instalock Mordekaisers-Garens or whatever.They freaking ruin my game.
Also,they Russians dont get their own server,just there will be Russian client.

2012-01-17, 05:54 PM #5DeletedThis is so dumb. When Riot makes clients for other languages they enforce people to speak their own language in a game where communication is the key to victory. If they make different languages for the client they should make new servers for them ASAP...

Your mistake is somewhere around the fact that you started to play on NE.
Play on EUW, it's much better. There are MUCH less russian and polish players- or the ones who are retarded at least.
To all the "seperate server" thing: that's fake, no server will be created. And yes, i'm russian. And yes, I think that french, german, polish and spanish retards are not better in any case.
To the thing about RU client: it seems it will only be used on EU NE, much like polish.

No different on West.
You just get French / Spaniards / Greeks rambling on in their native tongue.

We have french servers. Why would some people go on other servers to... not speak the language of the server, instead of just going to french servers? It doesn't make much sense. Originally Posted by Duilliath

US servers have the same issues with Brazillians.
Anytime your team is speaking Portuguese you know you're pretty much going to lose, unless the enemy team is speaking it too.
It's frustrating, cuz like op said they're generally bad and you can't communicate to them.

It's not that the Poles are bad. It's that the ones who have _pl in the nick and cant't speak english are bad, just like with any similar people from other nations - you won't even notice when the good ones are Polish. I won't call myself good, since I'm completely new to DotA genre, but neither me nor friends I play with would ever speak in Polish on the chat if we are not going with full 5man team - and I assure you there are dozens of others like us.

I know what your intentions were and I am sure you meant no harm, but this does spark racist debates. Bad people are everywhere, not only in Poland, Russia, Spain or Brazil. The fact that you notice the bad players from these places might be the distinct languages, and/or the fact that these countries don't have English taught in schools, so they cling to their native tongue when flaming. And we all know that people from everywhere around the world flame, not only the people from those 4 nations. Everyone else just does it in English, so you don't know that the guy is actually from Norway, for instance. Although I don't know for sure if those exact countries actually have English being taught in schools, I could imagine them not.
Just for the sake of it, try not to generalize nations based on these things, it's prejudice and on the nerve of racist, and we don't accept that here. So stay away from that please

This is the sole reason i stopped playing on nordic east ( got account on both EU servers )
I just got sick and tired of being the only non polish or russian in a game and not being able to communicate , felt like playing a bot game cus all they did was speak in their language and when i kindly ask if they could try english they told me to fuck off and go learn polish, kurwa this kurwa that.
Well woopie , awesome attitude.
Tried to ignore but after a while this stuff gets killing in a game where communication is key.
Even came to the point where one guy asked where everyone was from , the moment i said netherlands he actually asked me if i could get him a job ...
I know we have polish people workin here but come on... thats just messed up to ask over a game to a random person for a job.
