Terms of Agreement keep comming up every resert

For some reason it keeps comming up ever since this patch, And else have any problem.

I think he means that it comes up every time he launches the game. Mine does too.

it also happens to me every time since the last patch. and the only other problem that i have with lol is that sometimes my mouse pointer becomes invisible in dominion games. but i now know that it's a problem with ati mobility cards, and that riot is no where near fixing this damn problem.
