Need help setting up MSBT the way I want...

I am new to this addon (Miks Scrolling Battle Text) and 9 out of 10 times i can figure out most addons myself, but for some reason this one just confuses me. I honestly just don't know how to get it to do what I want. I have searched these forums, and Youtube for guides. The only things I have found was "hey what is that mod" and how to set up triggers for pvp. That isn't what i want, here is what i am trying to do:

I need a total of four scrolling areas, two (Known as #1 and #2) over my unit frames, and two (Known as #3 and #4) over the targets unit frames.

#1 - I would like incoming heals on myself.
#2 - Incoming Damage and Debuffs on myself.

#3 - I would like my damage on current targets, including any debuffs i would put on them myself.
#4 - Any heals and buff the target is getting.

I don't care about the original scrolling areas and it seems that they can't be deleted. I don't care about watching cooldowns, and all that other fancy stuff. I use Power Auras for this.

Open the menu (/msbt)
Got to "Scroll Areas"
Uncheck all
Then add your four wanted Scroll Areas
Got to "Events"
Choose your "Event Category" (your new Scroll Areas)
Uncheck the things you dont want to be in your Scroll Areas

You can also disable cooldowns @ "Cooldowns"
You can also move/edit you new Scroll Areas @"Scroll Areas"->"Configure Scroll Areas"
