Best realm for raiding!

Hello MMO-Champion community!

(there's a tl;dr on the end of this post, so u can skip reading )

I've been playing this game since patch 1.9. My realm Mazrigos PvP was highly Horde populated. In WotLK Blizzard changed it to Normal, and gave us free transfer to some PvP realms. I moved to Vashj and stopped playing after a while.

Now I'm back in Cataclysm on Mazrigos PvE (new account, new char). The thing is - both Mazrigos and Vashj are dying servers, it's impossible to form a new raiding guild for 25 man heroics.

So I want to move, but I don't know to what realm should I move. I'm looking for a highly Horde populated realm (so AH prices and quantities are ok), preferably PvP (but can be PvE), where me and my friend can find enough people to start a guild trying on 25 heroics!
We are going to have 4 raiding days in a week for 4-5 hours each (so semi-casual/semi-hardcore from what I know :P).

What realms can u recommend and what should I avoid?
