<In Omnia Paratus> of Darrowmere is currently 2/8 Heroic and recruiting for Dragon Soul progression. We're losing a healer due to real life issues and need a quality replacement asap. This role will typically flex to dps for 2 healer fights unless they can demonstrate the ability to out-perform current players.

What are we looking for?
Progression minded raiders willing to put in hard work for hard fights. We want modest, skilled players that understand how their class and spec works, can adapt to encounters that don't suit their class and hold their own with the best. Players that QQ about lost gear rolls need not apply. Must be able to take both public and private criticism, and be prepared and on-time every raid night.

What can In Omnia Paratus offer you?
We are a positive community on a medium population server that hosts multiple raids, rated battlegrounds, etc. This group provides food buffs, potions and flasks. New transfers often comment about the realm's seller-friendly economy.

What can you offer us?
A positive attitude, desire to win and an unwillingness to fail. Strong knowledge of class and fight mechanics are a big plus, however, we're not looking to crowd the leadership. Adaptability, drive and great output are required.

Classes and raid buffs sought:
- Raid healer with dps offspec
- Ranged DPS with multidot capability (Shadow Priest, Balance Druid, Warlock)

All quality players are invited to join In Omnia Paratus, whether they are listed above or not.

We use Ventrilo, and the ability to listen well and follow instructions is essential. Loot is distributed on a priority roll basis; tanks and healers have priority for tier pieces, dps take priority for dps drops, etc.


Raid times are Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday from 8:30pm to 10:30 pm server time (Pacific). We have east coast, central, mountain and west coast players in our group and find that this time can work for just about anyone. Note that for raiding 6 hours per week, we are the most progressed group in the guild. We matched the progression of other guilds who raid twice as many hours per week through heroic Firelands and are doing the same in dragon soul, but we need more quality people to push us into first!


We've built a very good foundation and are looking to help push IOP to 10man content server firsts. Regular modes are not a concern and we only clear normals in the last hour or so of the raiding week.
