So I just used my 10 days trial.I noticed that in every spell I use in orgrimmar I have like 1 second delay.I tested it at a BG and no delay at all.Whats up?:S

Chances are then it isn't you and is server side. At the peak periods in the day it becomes impossible for me to duel in Elwynn Forest due to lag similar to this.
Yes, in servers with high population, is common Orgrimmar being lagged. A interest thing is that the lag concentrates in the garrosh's door. If you go to the tauren area, for instance, the lag goes away
