Unit frame suggestions!!!

Hello, after playing wow since release I finally have a pc where I can use addons. I know it's pretty sad.

So I'm in the process of making my UI. I'm trying to keep it very clean looking and minimalistic.

I've seen videos of player/target frames where you can see the toons face. I found pitbull and stuf. My issues is they seem very clutter and seem to cramp the buffs/debuffs on my TARGET

So I'm asking for any suggestions how to set these up in a better way or maybe some other COOLER unit frames that I may not know about. Also open to any other addons that may make the UI cleaner or help with the issue
